How bloody phenomenal is Eddie Izzard?
Running into London's Trafalgar Square on Tuesday, Eddie Izzard will take the last of 1.6m steps, from the 43 marathons he has completed in 51 days.
He has run at least 27 miles a day, six days a week, over the past seven weeks, covering more than 1,110 miles of England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland.

I am officially stunned!

Yeah, I've been hearing bits and bobs about this for a few weeks - I'd have thought he would have got more media coverage though - bloody meanies!
I'm seeing one of his gigs next month - I hope he's not too knackered!

Dave Gorman must be really pissed off, that Eddie's stolen his thunder. Mind you, he is doing a gig every night of his cycling marathon. http://www.davegorman.com
1500 miles. 32 days in the saddle. 32 nights on the stage.
What's gotten into these comedians?

Eddie Izzard can do no wrong in my eyes. I love him. I would love to see him live.
I wish I'd have known he was running through my neck of the woods. I would have gone along to aplaud. He's a star *gives standing ovation*
