    Aw sad news, he wasn't my favourite Roller but they were one of my favourite groups back in the day.

    Thomas Francis Neil. DFC & Bar, AFC, AE. Aged 98.

    Wing Commander 'Ginger' Neil.

    Fought 142 combat missions at aged 21 - mostly in Hurricane fighter planes, and some in Spitfires. Shot down 14 enemy planes during the Battle of Britain.

    He was the last surviving Battle of Britain pilot.

    Rest in Peace
