    Ho ho ho. I was up early to whip out me giblets and give the old bird a good stuffing.

    Turkey crown for the two of us, only needs 1 hour to cook, so no need for me to get anxious just yet, eating about 3.

    For dinner this evening I had a turkey, Brie and cranberry doorstep sandwich, followed by mixed berry pudding and custard.
