    Swissy, can you recommend a good White Burgundy and a good Chablis that I can buy over here ?

    This is for some-one who knows their wines,whereas I just have to get a sniff a cork and drink it regardless of whatever it is.

    Right, I've got some chicken breasts and left over gammon along with mince beef in the fridge. Need to use some up before holiday on Saturday. What do you reckon I should make. Family friendly necessary!

    Stuff your chicken breasts with chopped gammon and cheese? Chicken and gammon pasta? Chicken and ham pie? Meatloaf?

    sorry Kez, I only just saw this. Chablis is a white burgundy made out of Chardonnay that hasn't gone thru malolactic fermentation ... I'll have a look at BBR's site tomorrow for u x
