    Yeah, so anyway. Food.

    2 kgs of chicken wings for a pool party. I was thoroughly berated for posting on FB that'd I'd been to KFC, a lot of moral outrage over a bi annual fast food hangover cure.. so I thought I'd make my own.

    I'm thinking of making a Jamie Oliver recipe for swedish meat balls today but I've never used dill or pork mince so it might be gross, dunno whether to risk it? I'm not making the celeriac part cos I just read it tastes like celery which I hate.

    Dill is lovely, I usually use it with fish or chicken. Make sure you use the right one, there is dill and dill seeds.

    Thanks, Pickle, decided not to bother in the end though, too much money to risk making something that might be crap. I made Joulse's Pregnant Pasta JO recipe once and it was so bad we had to chuck it, we hate fennel seeds.

    Daft, if you want to try dill, just sir some into mayonnaise and have it on the side of your plate with chicken or fish. Make sure you use the green dill tops and not the seeds.
