I am Gobsmacked Loops. I thought Wiggins would automatically make the team.
I don't understand how he can be left out. Although I was was aware , he was a tricky personality.

What on earth is happening !
Or does his face not fit anymore. Can anyone explain to me what is going on ?

I think he just doesn't like playing second fiddle to Froome

To that I would agree, but surely he is too good to be left out. This is what I don't understand.
Or does the Team decide before the race , who their winner will be. And if so , why Froome and not Wiggins.
    Is this political or tactical.

I can see Wiggins getting a last minute offer from a rival team.

Blimey, is that how it works 'Pics'. I had no idea!

Not like being on the transfer list then.
    Are they all independents?

They usually ride for one of the teams, but if he's not happy, which he isn't, he could well jump ship and br signed by a rival.

Decided beforehand. And tbf, Froome has a better chance in these years race and by all accounts he and Wiggins do not get on. Looks very much like Froome vetoed him tbh
