    It is. But.... If you think of a tennis player, they look at the lines , a dart play looks at the target.
    Keeping your head down is so that you don't program in ,the shoulders rising. But imagine you were throwing a ball, you would look towards the target.So think target.Like throwing a stone on water.
    The head will rise after the impact.
    Blimey, I didn't realise how much I missed it.

    I suspect he won't play once he goes to uni in September.

    Thing is most people who are new to the game or are long handicappers , just think about hitting the ball, they do not think about where they want it to go.
    And Uni will doubtless have a big golfing society.
    More deals are done on the golf course than in a board room, so it is said.:-)

    He's played since junior school & will stay a member of his club.
    I've checked & there is a society at his uni
